Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead as charge nurse, overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality care
Administer medications safely and efficiently to all residents
Perform comprehensive wound care treatments and assessments
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized care plans
Provide compassionate support to patients and families

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently in a small facility

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in long-term care nursing practices
Proficient in medication administration and wound care
Experience with electronic medical records (Matrix)
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
