Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to MS/Tele patients across multiple specialties including Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, and more
• Float within Zone 3 facilities covering a 60-mile radius from Denver City Center
• Monitor telemetry, administer medications, and titrate heparin drips as needed
• Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt quickly to different units and patient populations, from general medicine to post-surgical care
• Participate in orientation and maintain flexibility in scheduling to fill gaps

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele experience required
• Active Colorado RN license or compact license (must obtain CO license)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Willingness to float within a 60-mile radius across multiple facilities
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Previous neuro experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Experience with cardiac, neuro, orthopedic, and oncology patient populations
• Knowledge of heparin titration and common IV drips
• Strong communication and adaptability for floating assignments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
