Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with RNs and other staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Vermont
BLS certification preferred
Must have own reliable transportation
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficient in medication administration and patient care techniques
