Start Date: 07-03-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Night shift, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (with 30-minute meal break; days may vary based on assignment)

Candidate Pay Rate: $45 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Ensure a safe and compassionate environment for patients and families

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maine
Current BLS/CPR certification
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
