Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 12-hour shifts (exact start/end times to be confirmed)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality radiographs, CT scans, and mammography as needed
Work independently while collaborating with the care team to ensure patient safety
Participate in standby and callback coverage for after-hours, weekends, and holidays
Handle protocolling, scheduling, answering phones, and assist with insurance-related issues
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

At least 1 year of post-graduate experience in radiologic technology
Current BLS CPR certification required
Current California Radiology Technology (CRT) license required
Active ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
Venipuncture certification required
Must obtain CT and/or Mammography registry within one year of hire (two years if pursuing both)

Education

Associate degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in radiologic technology, including radiography, CT, and mammography
Proficient in venipuncture and patient positioning
Strong independent problem-solving and teamwork skills
Familiarity with protocolling, scheduling, and insurance resource management
Commitment to quality and safety in diagnostic imaging
