Location: Caldwell, Texas

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments for a mixed caseload of inpatient and outpatient patients
Collaborate with a supportive nursing and therapy team to deliver patient-centered care
Precept new staff as needed to ensure quality and continuity of care
Manage general PT cases including fractures, ortho injuries, sports injuries, neuro conditions, and wound care

Qualifications

Active Texas Physical Therapy license and national certification
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of acute care, skilled nursing, and outpatient rehabilitation
Skills in ortho, neuro, and wound care rehabilitation
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong communication and patient education skills
