Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts; call required 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $97 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform scrubbing and monitoring in cath lab procedures
Assist with conscious and moderate sedation for patients
Manage cardiac drips such as Integrilin, dopamine, and vasopressors
Operate balloon pumps and assist with airway management
Rotate call for inpatient and emergent cases
Collaborate with RNs and lead tech for room assignments

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification required
Fluoro certification required
BLS certification required
Must have current cath lab experience
Comfortable with STEMI receiving facility protocols

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in hemodynamics monitoring
Experience with cardiac, coronary, vascular, peripheral, and neuro interventions
Knowledge of EP procedures and equipment
Ability to scrub and monitor simultaneously
Familiarity with conscious sedation and moderate sedation processes
