Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
- Collaborate with a supportive team including two PTAs to maximize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress in Cerner EMR with efficiency and accuracy
- Provide patient education for home exercise programs and injury prevention
Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapy license required
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- At least 1 year of recent outpatient experience preferred
- Two supervisory references required at submission (one within 12 months and one within 3 years)
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in Cerner EMR for documentation
- Strong orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation skills
- Ability to manage 9-11 patients per day effectively
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with experience supervising PTAs
