Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Respond to high-volume medical alarms in building 503, ensuring patient safety and timely interventions
Support the ACT Program through clinical assessments and coordination of care
Perform all duties within your RN scope of practice with professionalism and compassion
Complete a comprehensive 3-week training to excel in this specialized role
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver top-notch patient care

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
Commitment to patient safety and quality care

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication skills (COMM) to interact with patients and team members
Core nursing competencies (CORE) to handle diverse medical situations
English proficiency (ENG) for clear documentation and communication
MCH skills for maternal-child health if needed
RN assessment skills (RNASM) to evaluate patient conditions
RN documentation skills (RNDOC) for accurate record-keeping
RN nursing care skills (RNNC) for direct patient care
