Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, mobility and toileting
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and patient condition accurately
• Support safe patient transfers and positioning with proper body mechanics
• Communicate clearly with nurses and the care team about patient needs and changes
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in the patient care area
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families to enhance comfort and care

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (state required) — bring your current credentials
• Comfortable and experienced with overnight/night-shift responsibilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to safely assist with patient mobility and basic care tasks
• Background check and health clearance per facility policy (immunizations up to date)

Education

• CNA certificate or state-approved nursing assistant program completion
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in basic patient care and activities of daily living
• Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
• Accurate vital signs measurement and documentation
• Able to follow care plans and work collaboratively with nursing staff
• Dependable time management and the ability to prioritize during busy shifts
