Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care that makes a real difference
Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement interventions
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate excellent care
Monitor patient progress and document changes in the medical record
Educate patients and families to support recovery and healthy outcomes
Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate concerns when needed

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of assignment or Compact RN licensure as applicable
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience (as listed in the job details)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS and other specialty certs preferred depending on unit
Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new clinical environments
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass facility onboarding requirements

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Proficiency with medication administration and IV therapy
Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
Infection control practices and patient safety focus
