Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care within the MST program
Assess patient condition, implement nursing interventions, and monitor outcomes
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Document patient care and progress clearly in the electronic health record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and follow care plans
Advocate for patient needs and provide education to patients and families

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California or eligibility to obtain one
Clinical experience as an RN; MST program experience is a strong plus
Current BLS required; ACLS or other certifications preferred when applicable
Comfortable working per-diem assignments and adapting quickly to new teams
Strong communication skills and a patient-first mentality

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). BSN preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and triage skills
Medication administration and IV competency
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate documentation
Trauma-informed care approach, particularly relevant to MST patients
Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient advocacy abilities
