Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care for MST patients
Perform thorough assessments and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Document clinical findings and interventions clearly in the EHR
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up
Advocate for patient safety, infection control, and high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California or compact license as applicable
Experience or familiarity with MST specialty care (preferred)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced certifications (ACLS) a plus
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
Ability to pass required background checks and meet credentialing requirements
Comfort working independently on per-diem assignments and as part of a team

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and patient monitoring
Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
Patient and family education techniques
Triage, time management, and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
Interdisciplinary communication and teamwork
