Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Support safe patient transfers and mobility to promote independence
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support the care team
• Practice infection control and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Communicate clearly with nurses and family members to coordinate care
• Respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations to keep patients safe

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Ability to pass standard background checks and required health screenings
• Comfortable with overnight shifts and hands-on patient care
• Reliable, compassionate, and a strong team player

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient hygiene, feeding, and toileting assistance
• Knowledge of safe transfer and positioning techniques
• Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
• Familiarity with basic infection control practices
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable time management and attention to detail
