Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $38 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during the assigned shift
Perform thorough assessments and document changes in condition promptly
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care plans
Monitor and respond to patient needs during the overnight period
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records and handoffs

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Clinical experience in acute or inpatient settings preferred
Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
Ability to pass required background checks and credentialing

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and clinical judgment
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Comfortable working independently overnight and escalating concerns appropriately
Basic electronic charting/EMR navigation skills
