Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI and MRA exams (brain, spine, abdomen, MRCP, extremities, cardiac, breast and more) with accuracy and compassion
• Operate and optimize GE 1.5T Signa and GE 3T Pioneer scanners to capture high-quality images
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after imaging procedures
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and the care team to deliver timely, diagnostic studies
• Document studies and patient information accurately in Meditech
• Respond to on-call situations and emergent imaging needs on assigned weekends

Qualifications

• ARRT (MRI) registration required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience (per job posting)
• Experience or comfort with cardiac and breast MRI preferred
• Proficiency with Meditech documentation and GE MRI platforms
• Strong patient-care focus and good communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• MRI, MRA, MRCP and Spectroscopy techniques
• Cardiac MRI and Breast MRI (preferred)
• GE 1.5T Signa and GE 3T Pioneer operation
• Patient care best practices and safety protocols
• Meditech documentation system proficiency
• Ability to handle on-call/night imaging scenarios
