Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, including medication administration and basic assessments
Monitor and document patient status and changes accurately in the electronic health record
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to support quality care plans
Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other delegated clinical tasks with attention to safety
Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and discharge instructions
Support a safe, clean, and professional clinical environment while following facility policies

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential required
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable working night shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Ability to document clearly and communicate effectively with the care team
Local candidates only (position designated as LOCAL ONLY)

Education

Vocational nursing diploma or LPN certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic patient assessment skills
Skilled in documentation and electronic health record usage
Solid infection control and wound care practices
Strong patient communication and family education abilities
Teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced clinical setting
Time management and prioritization during busy night shifts
