Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and make their day brighter
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs; promptly report changes to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Accurately document care and communicate effectively with colleagues
Support patient mobility and comfort while promoting dignity and independence

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in California (required)
BLS/CPR certification preferred
Previous experience as a CNA or in a direct patient care role is a plus
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Up-to-date immunizations and willingness to maintain required health clearances

Education

High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and bedside skills
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members
Basic documentation skills and comfort with electronic records
Knowledge of infection control and safety best practices
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize under pressure
