Contract Type: Per-Diem

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients, following care plans and safety protocols
Administer medications and treatments accurately while documenting in the resident chart
Perform routine assessments and monitor changes in condition, escalating concerns to the care team
Support daily living activities with dignity and respect, promoting independence
Coordinate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic and paper records
Follow infection control standards and facility policies to ensure a safe environment

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (Pennsylvania licensure expected for this location)
Completion of an accredited LPN program
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Reliable professional with a commitment to compassionate patient care

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic treatment procedures
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Charting and documentation best practices, including familiarity with EMR systems
Wound care fundamentals and infection control procedures
Time management and prioritization in a clinical setting
Collaborative teamwork with nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff
