Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents with professionalism
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor patient condition and communicate changes promptly to the care team
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
Maintain accurate, timely charting and adhere to facility policies and safety standards

Qualifications

Current LPN license (eligible to practice in Pennsylvania)
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility
Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
Ability to perform clinical tasks safely and follow established protocols

Education

Vocational diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Fundamentals of wound care, vital sign monitoring, and patient assessment
Comfortable using electronic health records and charting systems
Strong teamwork, time management, and prioritization skills
Patient-centered care approach with attention to detail
