Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients as an RN on the MST team
• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and response to interventions
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Respond promptly to patient needs and clinical changes
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California or valid compact RN license
• Experience or interest in MST-related nursing (Mobile/Medical/Specialty Team) preferred
• Current BLS required; ACLS preferred or obtainable shortly after hire
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and emergency response skills
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work flexible per-diem shifts and adapt to changing assignments

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). BSN preferred.

• Patient assessment and triage
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Care coordination and handoff communication
• Infection control and safety practices
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments
