Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist patients with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility
• Monitor and accurately document vital signs, intake/output, and patient status
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to nurses and care team
• Support a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control practices
• Build rapport with patients and families to create a comforting care experience

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (required) — must be valid in California
• BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and providing direct patient care
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven patient care and basic nursing skills
• Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and basic charting
• Good infection control and safety practice knowledge
• Ability to assist with mobility and safe transfer techniques
• Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
