Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions accurately
Support nursing staff with timely, clear communication and documentation
Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients following infection control protocols
Assist with patient mobility and transfers while promoting dignity and independence
Build trusting relationships with patients and families through respectful care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in good standing (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening as required by facility policies
Ability to pass background and state-required checks
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Reliable attendance and ability to perform physical aspects of the role

Education

High school diploma or GED
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs accurately
Familiarity with infection control and patient safety practices
Able to document care clearly and follow care plans
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary teams
