Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and observe changes in condition
Document care accurately and communicate observations to the nursing team
Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver person-centered care with dignity

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in good standing
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to work 8-hour shifts and adapt to facility scheduling needs
Clear background check and required health screenings/immunizations
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current state CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental patient care and ADL assistance
Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control and safe patient handling practices
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
Reliable time management and teamwork in a clinical setting
