Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and assist patients with activities of daily living
Perform routine vital signs monitoring and document observations accurately
Support nursing staff with procedures and timely patient needs
Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control standards
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team to enhance patient experience
Participate fully in orientation and ongoing training to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

Current PCT certification or CNA preferred (or equivalent clinical training)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude
Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus but new grads with relevant training are welcome

Education

High school diploma or GED required; completion of a PCT/CNA program preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and safe patient handling
Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical assessments
Charting and documentation best practices
Infection control and universal precautions
Teamwork, time management, and prioritization in a fast-paced healthcare setting
