Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and feeding
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Support safe patient transfers and ambulation with proper body mechanics
Maintain clean, safe patient environments and adhere to infection control practices
Document patient care clearly and timely in assigned systems
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver compassionate care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification or completed CNA training program
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care in a skilled setting
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed CNA training program and active certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care techniques and safe transfer methods
Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
Familiarity with infection prevention and control
Good observational skills and ability to report changes in patient condition
Customer-service mindset when interacting with patients and families
