Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and support daily needs
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility)
Monitor and record vital signs accurately and alert nursing staff to changes
Communicate clearly and professionally with the care team and families
Document patient interactions and care in the chart/EHR with attention to detail
Support a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control standards
Participate in orientation and on-the-job learning to continuously improve care

Qualifications

Current PCT or CNA certification preferred (or equivalent training)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required or willingness to obtain
Comfortable working with diverse patients and maintaining confidentiality
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED required
PCT/CNA training or certificate preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and monitoring (vital signs, ADLs)
Infection control and patient safety practices
Clear, professional verbal and written communication
Reliable documentation habits and basic charting/EHR familiarity
Teamwork mindset and ability to follow clinical direction
