Location: Glen Mills, PA

Start Date: 04-23-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shift (exact start/end times and days to be confirmed with hiring manager)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs, escalating concerns promptly
Collaborate with the care team to develop and follow individualized care plans
Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
Communicate clearly with families and interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain one)
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred or required per facility
Demonstrated clinical skills and a compassionate bedside manner
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program; high school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Strong medication administration and documentation skills
Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
Ability to assess patient needs and prioritize care
Proficiency with electronic charting or willingness to learn
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
