Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents with dignity and respect
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
Monitor and document resident condition and report changes to nursing staff promptly
Support mealtime assistance and safe feeding practices
Collaborate with the care team to ensure individualized care plans are followed
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
Comfortable working with older adult populations in a long-term care setting
Willingness to complete facility-required orientation and trainings
Able to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an approved CNA training program required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing principles and infection control
Skill in safe resident handling and transfer techniques
Able to accurately record observations and follow care documentation procedures
Compassionate bedside manner and patience with residents
Teamwork and the ability to follow established care plans
