Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living and basic clinical tasks
• Perform and record vital signs accurately to support timely clinical decisions
• Support clinical teams by preparing patients and equipment for procedures and examinations
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Document observations and interventions in the patient record with attention to detail
• Participate in mandatory competency testing and trainings to maintain high standards of care

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (required)
• Successful completion or willingness to complete Prime Core Competencies, Prime Skills Checklist, and Prime Specialty Exam
• License/Certificate Verification as applicable (bring credentials for verification)
• Successful completion of required health screenings and immunizations (COVID-19, MMR, Hep B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap, TB test/PPD)
• Pass Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel) and Fit Test
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but enthusiastic new grads with required certifications are welcome

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CNA, Medical Assistant, or related clinical certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical fundamentals: vital signs, patient observation, basic patient care techniques
• Infection control practices and proper use of personal protective equipment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate documentation
• Ability to follow protocols and complete competency-based testing
• Teamwork, time management, and strong interpersonal skills
