Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care during the overnight shift
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the nursing team promptly
Document care and observations accurately and timely
Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
Collaborate with nurses and allied staff to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of California or eligible to obtain
Dependable, with the ability to work overnight shifts and cover scheduled per-diem assignments
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or acute care settings is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved CNA program required

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable assisting with patient transfers and mobility
Knowledge of infection control and basic clinical procedures
Accurate charting and attention to detail
Ability to follow care plans and directions from licensed nurses
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
