Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living
Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks and timely patient care needs
Monitor and record patient vital signs and changes in condition
Document care accurately and communicate patient status to the care team
Support safe patient transfers and mobility while promoting dignity
Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Ability to pass background and health screenings as required
Comfort working nights and providing hands-on patient care
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Previous patient care experience preferred

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental nursing assistant skills: bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting
Vital signs measurement and reporting
Infection control and standard precautions
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Clear, concise documentation and handoff communication
Compassionate patient interaction and family communication
