Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality Med/Surg nursing care to assigned patients
• Assess and monitor patient condition, promptly documenting changes and interventions
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately following policy
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation to support continuity and quality of care

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Med/Surg experience (core skill listed in the posting)
• Current, unrestricted RN license for practice in Georgia (expected for this role)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — typically required for inpatient nursing
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong clinical assessment and patient prioritization skills

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — typical requirements for RN roles

• Solid Med/Surg clinical knowledge and bedside nursing skills
