Shift Type: Days vary (per diem), 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care during night shifts
Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and document changes clearly
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to orders
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
Respond to clinical emergencies calmly and efficiently
Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate records and comply with facility policies and standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Recent clinical experience in acute care, long-term care, or similar settings preferred
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification encouraged
Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently on per diem/night assignments

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher preferred
Successful completion of an accredited RN nursing program required

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and patient monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Basic wound care and infection control practices
Electronic medical record (EMR) charting familiarity
Team communication and handoff best practices
Time management in fast-paced and variable schedules
