Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide peri-procedural nursing care for patients undergoing LHC/PCI and structural heart procedures like ASD/PFO interventions
• Collaborate closely with physicians, techs, and the cath lab team to ensure safe, efficient procedures
• Prepare and check specialized equipment including GE X-ray systems, IVUS and FFR devices
• Monitor and document patient status using Meditech and ensure accurate, timely charting
• Support EP studies and ablations when needed and assist with TAVR cases as they arise
• Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery expectations, and post-procedure care
• Maintain high standards of infection control, patient safety, and procedural readiness

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse licensure (state-appropriate) — this is an RN role
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience (as listed in the job posting)
• Demonstrated experience with LHC-PCI and Structural Heart procedures (ASD/PFO) — must-have
• Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab environment and comfort with cath lab workflows
• Meditech EMR familiarity is a plus
• EP experience is preferred and will be considered favorably

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong cath lab clinical skills and familiarity with LHC/PCI workflows
• Hands-on experience with GE X-ray imaging systems
• Understanding and use of IVUS and FFR technologies during procedures
• Knowledge of structural heart procedures (ASD/PFO) and TAVR care pathways
• Proficiency with Meditech for documentation and charting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented procedural setting
