Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to identify functional limitations and design individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function
Document patient progress clearly and promptly to ensure excellent continuity of care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate holistic patient care
Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and prevention strategies
Participate in orientation and training activities to support team consistency and quality

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington (or eligible for WA licensure) — licenses and clearances required
Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills with a passion for patient-centered care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; comfortable documenting and using electronic records
Previous experience in outpatient/rehab or pediatric settings is a plus

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
Proficient with patient documentation and clinical outcome tracking
Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, manual techniques, and exercise prescription
Strong patient education and motivational coaching skills
Ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams
Good organizational skills and attention to clinical detail
