Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and collaborate with the care team
Perform routine clinical procedures and assist with care planning
Maintain accurate records in the facility’s documentation system
Support a positive, safe environment and advocate for patient dignity

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (Pennsylvania license preferred)
Hands-on experience working as an LPN in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain upon hire
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with nursing teams
Comfortable with documentation and basic EHR/charting tasks

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program (or equivalent)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of basic nursing procedures and medication administration
Ability to perform patient assessments and recognize changes in condition
Familiarity with infection control, safety protocols, and resident care standards
Good time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
Team-oriented attitude and strong patient-centered communication
