Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and care provided
Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote independence
Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure timely communication with family members
Follow infection control policies and contribute to a safe care environment
Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute constructive ideas

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania LPN license required
Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or equivalent) preferred or required per facility policy
Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing procedures
Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Education

Vocational Nursing diploma or LPN certificate (or equivalent) required

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Resident assessment and documentation best practices
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
Infection control and safety protocols
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
Patient- and family-centered communication
