Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes promptly
Document care thoroughly and professionally in the electronic health record
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and follow-up
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS or CPR certification
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Clinical experience preferred; 1 year recommended but new grads welcome to apply
Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic clinical nursing skills
Medication administration and documentation accuracy
Familiarity with electronic health record charting
Infection control practices and safety awareness
Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical setting
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
