Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN at the facility
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team promptly
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly and thoroughly
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and multidisciplinary staff to support care plans
• Assist with procedures and ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families — be the calm, competent presence they need

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license (Georgia license preferred/required)
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Clinical experience as an LPN preferred; recent grads with strong clinical skills are welcome
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to pass facility-required background checks and health screenings

Education

• Completion of an accredited LPN / Practical Nursing program
• High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid medication administration and documentation skills
• Basic patient assessment and monitoring
• Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate charting
• Infection control practices and patient safety awareness
• Strong prioritization and time-management abilities during busy shifts
• Compassionate bedside manner and cultural sensitivity
