Roles & Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate direct patient care in accordance with facility policies
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor patient conditions, report changes to RNs/physicians, and assist with care plans
Perform wound care, IV assistance, and routine clinical procedures as delegated
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support excellent patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely charting in the electronic health record
Support patient education and provide emotional support to patients and families

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license in the state of Georgia (or compact privileges where applicable)
Minimum clinical experience preferred (specific years not provided) — strong hands-on skills a plus
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain if required by facility
Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required
Reliable, professional, and a team player who communicates clearly

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or certificate (LPN program completion)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic nursing assessments and vital sign monitoring
Wound care and basic clinical procedures
Familiarity with electronic health records and bedside charting
Strong communication, time management, and patient advocacy skills
