Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with attention to detail
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document vital signs, observations and patient responses
Perform wound care, dressing changes and basic procedures as directed
Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to the care team
Support smooth admissions, discharges and patient transitions
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications and self-care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Georgia (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification or able to obtain upon hire
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts and adapting to unit needs
Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations as required
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Reliable clinical judgment and attention to patient safety

Education

LPN diploma or vocational nursing certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic pharmacology knowledge
Patient assessment and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and infection prevention techniques
Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during long shifts
Teamwork and clear communication with interdisciplinary staff
