Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients within scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team promptly
Document clinical care and patient responses clearly and professionally
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support patient comfort, education, and discharge planning with empathy

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing (state licensure required)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or required
Clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting is a plus
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to pass facility-specific onboarding and background checks

Education

LPN diploma, vocational nursing certificate, or equivalent accredited program completion

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental nursing assessments and vital signs monitoring
Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Wound care basics and infection control practices
Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation comfort
Team collaboration and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
