Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the assigned area
Perform assessment, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
Administer medications and treatments according to protocols and physician orders
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and update care plans
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Maintain patient safety and adhere to infection control and facility policies

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN licensure (Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse) — required
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or obtainable upon hire
Ability to work the assigned day shift and adapt to facility scheduling needs
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and compassionate patient care

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing or Registered Nursing program (diploma, certificate, or associate degree as applicable)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and documentation practices
Skilled at patient assessment and monitoring
Comfortable using electronic medical record systems
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
