Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, direct patient care and daily assessments
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor patient status, communicate changes promptly to the team, and escalate concerns
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and complete timely charting
Educate patients and families about care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up

Qualifications

Active LPN license (appropriate for practice in New Hampshire)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
Comfortable working night shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Local candidates only (per notes)
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on a care team

Education

Graduated from an accredited practical nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Basic assessments: vital signs, intake/output, wound checks
Familiarity with common EMR systems and charting workflows
Infection control, safety protocols, and patient-centered care
Time management, prioritization, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
