Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patients' condition, reporting changes promptly to the care team
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely per facility protocols
Perform focused nursing procedures and document care clearly in the patient record
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate excellent care
Provide patient and family education with compassion and clarity
Advocate for patient safety, dignity, and comfort during every shift
Support admissions, transfers, and discharges to keep patient flow smooth

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia (required)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or willingness to obtain
Prior LPN experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a team
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and basic patient care skills
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
Infection control principles and safe work practices
Time management, prioritization, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
