Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients with skill and dignity
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform timely patient assessments and monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly
Document patient care clearly and thoroughly in the clinical record
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support patient education and discharge planning to promote positive outcomes

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in good standing
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-centered attitude
Able to pass required background and health screenings per facility policy

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited practical nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of basic nursing principles and standards of care
Competence in medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Proficient in patient assessment and monitoring of vital signs
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate clinical documentation
Infection control best practices and safe patient handling techniques
