Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients during assigned shifts
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to orders
• Perform routine assessments and document patient status clearly and timely
• Collaborate with nursing team and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers to keep patient flow smooth
• Respond to patient concerns and escalate changes in condition to clinical leads
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control standards

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing (LPN) — RN candidates may also be considered
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtain upon hire
• Current immunizations and ability to pass facility background and health screenings
• Comfortable working night shifts and adapting to per-diem schedules
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the care team

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program (LPN)
• Registered Nurse applicants should hold an ADN/BSN as applicable to their licensure

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in bedside nursing tasks, medication administration, and patient assessment
• Accurate clinical documentation and charting skills
• Ability to prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment
• Good critical thinking and basic troubleshooting for common clinical situations
• Customer-focused approach to patient and family interactions
