Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care that makes a difference each day
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting)
Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations accurately
Support nursing staff with assigned tasks and timely communication
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients
Document care and communicate changes in patient condition to the team
Build trusting relationships with patients and their families through respectful interaction

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Valid CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania preferred
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts (exact schedule to be confirmed)
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused with strong communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and assistance with ADLs
Vital sign measurement and recognizing common changes in condition
Infection control and safe patient handling practices
Clear documentation and effective team communication
Empathy, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively
