Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients, helping with activities of daily living
Monitor and accurately record vital signs and observe changes in patient condition
Assist the nursing team with safe transfers, mobility support, and basic clinical tasks
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support coordinated care
Document care and patient interactions thoroughly and promptly

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (state-required) — ready to work in Georgia
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts and adapting to facility scheduling needs
Basic patient care experience or clinical training preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by the facility
Dependable, compassionate, and a strong team player

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed CNA training program and active state CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient hygiene
Proficient at taking and documenting vital signs
Knowledge of infection prevention and basic safety protocols
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and care teams
Comfortable with standard clinical documentation and following care plans
